Green Things

We sprang forward last night and the weather has been warm. I went to the Union Square Farmer's market yesterday with JK. The market was full of apples, onions, and root vegetables from last fall, tons of baked goods, several meat vendors and dairy purveyors. There were also hydroponic greens and tomatoes to be found. And flats of herb plants and spring flowers. It was nice to see so much color out of doors.

The trees are still bare and the sky cloudy and I find I'm yearning for green things.

A couple of years ago, I made up a list of yellow things for Kat Sharp, when she was missing the color and all its warm and bright connotations.

Here's my collection of green, because that is what I need today. Feel free to comment with any additions.
